Late (which is pretty normal actually...)
Yeah well,
The internets were stuffing up on me all of yesterday, so posting was a tad delayed, and then I cahnged my mind about how I wanted to present rule 16, and then I changed it back to the original plan >.<' so yes...at least it's here now. And it's a tiny strip as I was planning on sticking rules 16 through to 18 together but then changed my mind and just hacked off 16 and made it today's comic.
Right, well, I'm off once more to attempt to do some studying of some kind...to anyone doing exams this year, I wish you goodluck =)
